New York trade show and expo work runs on its own clock — move-in to move-out. We build booth builds that produce merch while guests watch, whether that is a floor at Javits Center or a tighter footprint in Manhattan. New york sits 2,434 miles out, so gear ships freight and the crew lands a day early, and date changes are easiest with two weeks' notice because of freight.
Why exhibitors book a live press in New York
- Fits your footprint — from a 10×10 to a 50-foot island at Javits Center.
A favorite for Javits conventions. Pair it with printed totes so attendees carry your brand across the floor all day.
The New York show circuit, booth by booth
Most of our New York trade-show work runs through the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center — the 840,000-square-foot hall on Eleventh Avenue that hosts NY NOW, the New York International Auto Show, Comic Con, and the city's tech and beauty expos. Javits is a union house, so the two things to lock early are booth power (roughly two dedicated 120V circuits per press, ordered through the show's electrical contractor) and your drayage and labor window for getting gear from the dock to your booth. We ship in wheeled, labeled cases sized for standard freight doors and staff a crew that sets the station fast once it's spotted, whether you're in a 10×10 inline or a 20×20 island.
Not every NYC show is at Javits. The Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint runs the maker, wellness, and indie-brand expos where a hat bar often out-pulls apparel, and Pier 36 on the Lower East Side handles larger consumer shows with easier truck access than a Midtown house. A huge share of the city's industry events are ballroom expos in Midtown Manhattan hotels — finance, legal, media, and ad-tech summits — where a clean single-color press or a live DTF station reads as considered rather than carnival.
