Live Screen Printing in New York

Real presses, real ink, pulled in front of your guests — the classic that started it all.

Live screen printing is the centerpiece of a great New York activation: a real press, real plastisol ink, and a printer pulling a squeegee while your guests watch their shirt get made. Each piece takes about two minutes from "that one, in a medium" to warm in their hands.

We bring everything — presses, flash dryers, ink, blanks, tables, and a trained crew — and set up wherever your New York event lives, from a Midtown Manhattan ballroom to a Hudson Yards & Chelsea pop-up. A standard station runs two presses and two printers and clears 100+ shirts per hour at full tilt, so the line keeps moving even at a busy Javits conventions.

Why screen printing for a live New York event

  • Bold, durable prints. Plastisol ink lays down thick and bright — the kind of print that survives a hundred washes, not a season.
  • Crowd-magnet by design. The press is the show. Guests gather to watch, film it, and queue up — your booth or party gets the foot traffic.
  • One-color to full-color. From a clean one-color logo to a layered design, we screen it on site and dial in registration before the doors open.
  • Real garments. Soft retail-fit tees, heavyweight cotton, hoodies, and totes — XS to 4XL on hand so every guest gets a fit.

It's one of several live stations we run for finance & media events and fashion-week activations across the NYC metro & tri-state, and it pairs cleanly with a live DTF station when you want full-color art or personalization in the same footprint.

Venues need roughly a 10×10 ft footprint and two standard 120V circuits per station. We handle the rest — indoors or out.

Screen printing on the New York floor

Screen printing is one method among several we run — only a small share of our events lead with it — but when a New York brief calls for bold, wash-proof prints in volume, nothing else matches the look or the throughput. On a Javits Center show floor it earns its keep: the squeegee pull is the most-filmed thing in a 1,500-booth hall, and a two-press station clearing 100+ shirts an hour turns aisle traffic into a queue your reps can actually work. We pre-burn screens and dial registration before doors, so the first pull at 9:59 a.m. is already clean.

Off the convention floor, the durable plastisol print is the right call for high-volume rooms — a sponsor activation at The Glasshouse, a music or streetwear night across the river in Williamsburg & DUMBO, or a corporate kickoff in a Midtown Manhattan ballroom where a clean one-color logo reads as considered. For finance & media events that want full-color art or per-guest names in the same footprint, we pair the press with a live DTF station — the bold classic on one side, instant personalization on the other. Curious how the throughput pencils out for a big room? See how many shirts we print per hour.
